Due to the nature of physician-formulated skincare products, Famous AF does not accept returns.
We stand behind our formulations and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@famousafskin.com within 30 days of delivery to request a refund review.
All refund requests are evaluated individually and approved at the discretion of Famous AF.
Refund Consideration
Refund requests may be considered for:
• Product dissatisfaction
• Defective products
• Damaged shipments
• Incorrect items received
Because our products are designed to work as a system, our team may recommend adjustments to your protocol prior to issuing a refund to help ensure optimal results.
Approved refunds are issued for the product purchase price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Orders shipped to parcel forwarding services
• Packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
• Refund requests based solely on expected results, as individual results may vary
Famous AF monitors refund activity and reserves the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
